I'd like to list my hotel on your site(s). Whom do I contact?

Lodging suppliers who would like to be on Expedia and Hotels.com should complete our online form. There's a separate online form for Hotwire.com. For more details, please visit their supplier information section.

We have Vacation Rental Properties such as condominuims, homes, or villas. How can we get these listed on the Expedia Websites?

Expedia accepts new applications only from Vacation Rental suppliers who can offer an exclusive block of inventory at a wholesale rate. This is the typical method of listing if you own vacation properties, condominiums or other non-traditional rental units.
 

In order to qualify, Expedia must verify that the inventory offered meets the following profile:

• A block* of inventory including availability in all seasons. (i.e., year-round)

• The block of inventory is offered exclusively to Expedia.

• The block of inventory must include similar accommodations. For example, a block of five 2-bedroom condos all located in the same complex would qualify, whereas a block of five condos of mixed type (1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, etc.) or several condos in different locations would not.

• A net rate* (for each unit in the block of inventory) that is a substantial discount off the lowest retail rate.

I am currently working with Expedia to get some of these restrictions lifted and will have an answer sometime in the coming days.

Expedia, will not accept all properties, depending on geographical area.
*Actual inventory block size and net rate requirements vary by destination.

• Name of Property

• Location of Property

• Your Website address so we may view the property information

• Number of units of similar type at the property (i.e., # 1 bedrooms, # 2 bedrooms, etc)

• Are you able to meet all 4 requirements listed in the Merchant-model profile?
